More women are taking on C-suite roles in the corporate sector, and the legal industry is no exception.  We have broken the glass ceiling and escaped the sticky floor in recent years, but there is still a long way to go towards substantive equality.   Join us for this dynamic and exciting panel session where senior female leaders in law firms share their experiences and challenges in climbing the corporate ladder, and strategies for embedding a pipeline of female leaders for the future. 

Women & Technology

Technology is pervasive in the modern workplace, and does leaps and bounds to allow for more diversity in the workplace. Remote and agile working helps women (and men alike) achieve work life harmony in a more seamless manner.  How does one leverage on technology for career success particularly in the legal industry, and what are the some of the tools and innovations out there? A panel of esteemed speakers who have made their mark in law and innovation join us to share some of their thoughts on this topic.

About the Task Force

Women in Practice (#WIP): Women in Practice is a task force formed by The Law Society of Singapore to examine issues faced by women in practice, in a move to address inequities still present in the legal industry. Equality, after all, underpins the rule of law.
