ABOUT THIS SEMINAR
This series of seminars has been organized to provide beginners with an overview on arbitration. Participants will learn about fundamental concepts and principles in arbitration, arbitration agreements, the role of arbitration institutions, arbitral tribunals and national courts, and the setting aside and enforcement of arbitral awards.
The seminars comprise 4 sessions where participants will have an opportunity to learn from seasoned practitioners from both local as well as offshore firms and gain valuable insights, tips and tricks on arbitration law, procedure and practice. Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions to achieve a more rewarding learning experience. Participants who attend 3 out of 4 sessions will receive a certificate of participation.
