About this Programme

This seminar is part of a series presented by the Law Society of Singapore’s Probate Practice Committee earlier this year. This seminar discusses the law and practice of wills drafting in Singapore.

This seminar will discuss what solicitors should or are required to do when drafting wills, recent developments in the law affecting wills and probate, and pointers for drafting wills and other estate planning instruments for different classes of clients. It is hoped that solicitors attending this seminar will be able to prepare better and clearer wills for their clients.

Speaker:

Goh Kok Yeow - Head of Intellectual Property and Probate/Trusts Practice, De Souza Lim & Goh LLP
