Important Points to Note: 1. Registrants are reminded that registration is permitted on a per user basis. If registrants desire to have a holistic historical record of Law Society CPD events registered, they are advised to register for Law Society’s event with the same consistent approach – members are advised to consistently enter the information personally, or consistently request for the same staff member to register. 2. Please specify your name as indicated in your Practicing Certificate as this information will be transmitted to SILE for SILE-accredited learning activities which is eligible to count towards your mandatory CPD requirements. 3. Please note that confirmation notices in connection with securing a seat at the CPD Event registered will be sent to the email address specified in this field in the form below. NOTE: Kindly note that successful registration of a Law Society SILE- Accredited learning activity does not constitute successful acquisition of CPD points allocated as such allocation will be based on any minimum criteria imposed by SILE in respect of registrant’s attendance during the SILE-accredited learning activity. 4. Please specify your AAS number in the following format: Illustration 1: For AAS numbers without alphabet attached: 12345 or 1/ 1988 as the case may be Illustration 2: For AAS numbers with alphabet attached: 12345/2011/A Please note that the information provided in this field in the form below will be transmitted to SILE for SILE- accredited learning activities which is eligible to count towards your mandatory CPD requirements. 5. For staff of law practices registering on behalf of one or more Law Society members for any particular event: You are advised to bring to the notice of each member you are registering on behalf of that successful accumulation of CPD points for meeting SILE minimum requirements on attendance at any Law Society SILE- accredited learning activity will be transmitted to SILE as part of Law Society’s post-event administration and support. However, we regret to inform that the historical record as to which events staff had registered for them will not be aggregated backend to their individual records. Members who desire to have their historical information Law Society’s CPD events for which they have registered for are encouraged to consistently register individually, or consistently request the same staff member in their law firm to register on their behalf.
