Business and commerce that must increasingly operate cross border must then deal with insolvency. International insolvency practice has never been more important\, or relevant. What then are some of these risks? How are such risks minimized? What are the insolvency regimes that apply in neighbouring countries? How do these insolvency regimes interact with one another and with Singapore’s? How does one enhance recoveries? \n\nOur Conference seeks to bring together leading legal\, accounting and banking practitioners to deal with such questions and discuss recent legal developments and various restructuring approaches and “tools” that could be used effectively in different jurisdictions.
