Qualified Person
1) Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore who are conferred degree before 1st May 1993 Rule 6 Barrister-at-Law of England or of Northern Ireland;

A member of the Faculty of Advocates in Scotland;

A solicitor in England or Northern Ireland;

A writer to the Signet, law agent or solicitor in Scotland; or

Diploma in Singapore Law
2) Full-Time Internal Student (Internal) -
Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore who are:
Rule 7
(a) Admitted before 1st May 1993
(b) Conferred degree after 1st May 1993 before 1st January 1997
3) Full-Time Internal Student (Internal) -
Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore who are:
Rule 8(1)
(a) Admitted on/after 1st May 1993
(b) Commenced course before 1st January 1994
(c) Conferred degree before 1st January 1997
4) Full-Time Internal Student (Internal) -
Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore who are:
Rule 8(2)(i)
(a) Admitted on/after 1st May 1993
(b) Commenced course on/after 1st January 1994
(c) Conferred degree before 1st January 1997
(d) Must be from the First Schedule
5) Non-Full-Time Internal Student (External) Rule 10(2)
(a) Admitted before 1st May 1993
(b) Conferred degree in 1996
6) Full-Time Internal Student (Internal) -
Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore who are:
Rule 8(2)(ii)

Diploma in Singapore Law
(a) Admitted on/after 1st May 1993
(b) Commenced course on/after 1st January 1994
(c) Conferred degree on/after 1st January 1997

(e) Must obtain at least 2nd Class Upper
